At MacIsaac & Nevits we are a general practice law firm serving the greater Worcester area in central Massachusetts. Our areas of practice include real estate and estate planning.

Real Estate

The principal attorneys of MacIsaac & Nevits, P.C. have been involved in over 2000 real estate transactions representing sellers, buyers, financial institutions and relocation companies.  We offer the knowledge and expertise of a larger firm combined with the personal service of a small firm. Clients will find it easy to reach and speak directly with a principal attorney.  Our goal is a smooth and efficient closing process for all of our clients. 

We also handle matters related to real estate, such as landlord/tenant, foreclosure, construction and zoning.

Estate Planning

Our firm can prepare the necessary documents to accomplish your wishes regarding the disposition and administration of your estate upon death.  We will discuss a variety of documents, such as wills, trusts and health care proxies, and whether they are appropriate based on each individual client’s needs and circumstances.
